| *Catering does not include admission fee. Tax and Gratuity will be added to total catering fee. A $2.00 per person deposit is required to secure requested date. Catering and admission fee must be paid in full at least two (2) weeks prior to event date. The deposit is in addition to admission and catering fees. Deposits will be returned to the individual that booked the picnic and only if picnic area is clean (trash placed in proper receptacles) and no damage to the property is found. Deposits are non-refundable if event is cancelled. A $35.00 fee will be charged on returned checks. Evening hours are available. NO OUTSIDE CATERERS ARE PERMITTED NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL IS PERMITTED |
